As you are already aware, the Pahalgam attack took place on a non-muslim tourister in Kashmir. So, to teach a lesson to them, our Indian army had recently executed an operation with the term "SINDOOR."

 

The SINDOOR operation is an excellent & broader strategy for how our Indian security forces have responded to the challenges in the region.The Pahalgam Attack, where the lives of several innocent people & security personnel, reminds us of the persistence of militant threats in Jammu and Kashmir.

 

 

Overview of the Pahalgam Attack

 

On 22 April 2025, a well-coordinated attack by militants in Pahalgam took place in a beautiful place in our country, Kashmir, which is also called heaven on earth. There were terrorist attacks on several Indian army & police officers & innocent civilians. The attack was a brutal reminder of the ongoing insurgency in the region despite years of concerted efforts by security forces to curb militancy.
